Interview with Guss Eoff DVD

Description

The 20th century saw giants in the Lord’s church who raised the banner of Truth in the heat of battle. In an effort to preserve the influence of some of the most able of these preachers, this series is introduced. In the first segment of the program, a 30-60 minute interview is conducted. In the second part, the preacher delivers one of his favorite sermons.

Sermon Title:  More than We Anticipate

On December 9, 2014 brother Guss Eoff (1923-2014) left us and this world to go to his everlasting, heavenly reward. Brother Eoff had been a longtime friend to World Video Bible School.  Years ago we had the opportunity to work with him photographing his famous set of sheet sermons. These beautiful illustrations were hand painted on bed sheets to be used for teaching in sermons. (They were the PowerPoints of the past.) Each of the 145 illustrations were photographed, digitized and attached to its sermon outline. These are available on the WVBS Course Notes on USB. Also, in July of 2002, WVBS was privileged to interview brother Eoff about his life and times as a part our series: Gospel Preachers Living History. We recorded a 51-minute interview and then he delivered one of his favorite sermons, “More than We Anticipate” (28 minutes). The interview and sermon are available on one DVD from WVBS.
